Summer, where did you go without me?

Today is The Last Official Day of Summer.  Autumn is waiting in the wings, impatiently tapping her foot, ready to take the stage.  Like many of you, I had high goals and aspirations for the sunny months.

Take a look at my neglected Summer To-Do List as we bid her adieu

I meant to spend more quality time with family . . . . . . .

. . . hang out with friends . . . . .
organize a club of women with common interests . . .

                                          . . . . . . go to the beach . . . . . . . . . .

. . . . . take a cruise . . . . . . . .

........get a hair cut.......

. . . get the dogs groomed . . . . . .

                   . . . ride my bike more . . . . . . . .

. . . . overcome tough obstacles . . . . .

      ........drink less wine .........
      (and switch to mojitos)

get a new swimsuit . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . and spend more time fishing with Bob . . . . . . .

sigh.  goodbye, Summer.
