Still cleaning out the blog photo file!
A while back I picked up an interesting little
etched juice glass at a flea market for 25¢:
You don't need fancy cutters to make beautiful cookies:
Definitely worth 25¢!
A Styrofoam cone, large-headed pins
and a jar of white buttons:
Lovely!
A ball of string makes a darling candle holder:
And so does an apple:
Don't bag pine cones with the needles and leaves.
Make a topiary out of them:
Charming!
Love all of your vignettes - especially the little white button tree! Merry Christmas to you and yours.

It's precious, isn't it? Recently I came across an old box of Mother of Pearl buttons and I think that next Christmas I'll try making a similar one. Merry Christmas!
DeleteI am so in love with your blog; I wait patiently for your postings with my cup of hot tea (glass of cold in warmer weather); lovely inspiration; charming ideas I would never thought of. Thank you for sharing and Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteOh, gosh, what a sweet thing to say! I've told family and friends for years that my blog postings are Writing Therapy and, even though fleaChic is time consuming, it's a wonderfully creative outlet. Thank you for spending time here and have a wonderful Christmas.
DeleteLoved the button tree, so elegant and as a collector of vintage buttons the perfect outlet for them. Have a wonderful Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all your inspiration this year. Have a wonderful Christmas and a productive New Year.
