It's a Before and After Friday

Gosh, it's been quite a while since I've posted any
Before & After projects.  Let me rectify the situation!

What a transformation - love the fresh, new look.

Before                             After
Ever run across a trinket box at a flea market or yard sale but hesitate
to snap it up 'cause it really doesn't match your decor?  Consider a
chalk paint treatment and give it a mini makeover.

You know how much I endorse repurposing.  Check out
the clever garden table built from an old wood pallet.

A little sanding, a little paint, new
hardware - voile! - a new bathroom!

Here's another bathroom update:

Isn't it fun to see exterior house makeovers?

After:
Wow!  Talk about improved curb appeal.

Here's another vastly improved house:

After:
So much more inviting, isn't it?
Thanks to: Ugly House Photos

I've never had any bright green pieces of furniture

Picked & Painted

Looking for some inspiration to make
something special for a little person in your life?

Didn't those end tables make a darling play kitchen?

Although the island and appliances were kept in the
kitchen makeover, below, the results are dramatic.

It's hard to believe this is the same staircase, isn't it?

Maybe some of these projects will inspire you to tackle
makeover of your own this weekend.  Have fun!

  1. Seeing all the great ideas for painting stairs almost makes me wish we were still in our old house. I could have done so much with those stairs.
