how to add a decorative touch to tile:

Step 1:  tape the pattern

Step 2:  prime the surface with a thin coat of high-adhesion primer

Step 3:  Apply an even coat of epoxy paint

Step 4:  After 24 hours gently pull off the tape

online research will result in lots of articles and videos on the
