Is this a joke, wait, it isn't April Fools Day, yet...I can't imagine living a life without books. What do these people do with their lives! I really like some of those reading nooks, especially the first few...I would never get anything done if I had a place like that in my home.
What a great post...and what Shocking statistics.... My husband and I are readers. Perhaps his vocation (Pastor) is part of the reason...but myself, besides reading through the Bible several times...I love books, children's books, novels, biographies...I don't have a Nook....but I do have a "spot and a book" Thanks for an enlightening post.
I have always wanted a reading nook, like the first two photos. Or the very sweet bed nook with the white curtains. But I have a library room with a fireplace that has a comfy chair. I can't believe that chart. even with my brain/eye problem I am still reading. Very slow but still reading. My family all received books as one of their Christmas gifts.cheers, parsnip
I love my reading nook though I did glean a couple of renovation ideas from today's post. Thanks for that!
Oh my gosh those statistics are crazy! I feel very sorry for those people, they don't know what they are missing!
Meanwhile, the housing charity Shelter predicts that 93,000 children will be 2015 nike air max pas cher homeless this Christmas, as the number of homeless families trapped in temporary or emergency accommodation exceeds 60,000. “This is a real, stark two-nations Britain that we are talking about,” air max pas cher said Trussell Trust chair Chris Mould. “At Christmas time, when people will be spending more than they have ever done before, we have also tens of thousands of people who nike air max pas cher haven’t got enough to buy food for themselves and families.
We have three reading nooks in our house, but none are as fabulous as these. You should know that the man who created that graphic recanted it in 2012 because the stats were questionable. You can read his post here: http://www.robertbrewer.org/disciple/surprising-book-facts-infographic/
