March is just around the corner and you know
what that means - our little feathered friends will be returning home from a Winter in warmer climes.
It's time to set up the birdbaths and clean out the birdhouses or, in some cases, replace them all together.
If you're thinking of building a birdhouse, here are some darling avian condos created with repurposed hardware and household items that might give you some inspiration:

ReplyDeleteLove the simple shoe. We have nailed an old wooden Sabot( French clog )in one of the trees hoping maybe the tiny wren might move in.

ReplyDeleteWhat lovely birdhouses, they make mine look positively boring! Maybe if I hang a shoe on the wall the birds will come and use it - they aren't using the 'real thing' !!!
