Empress of Creativity
Can you guess what this was?  An entertainment center!
It's now a darling bird cage with plenty of room for the budgies.

Another clever idea for an outdated TV cabinet - a mini home office.

We've seen many head and foot boards made from fence materials.
Isn't this one charming?  And, it can be made into a twin bed, too.

For a limited time Coach is offering wallets made from vintage leather baseball

"for the birds" and is making a very successful business out of it!

Karim Kaidi can turn just about any object into a source of light.
Check out just a few of the many clever lamps and lighting fixtures

an ordinary utility light.

  1. My outlaws once bought a huge TV cabinet for their small sitting room, I swear a family of six could have easily taken up residence in it. It really was a monster, and father-in-law ended up sawing bits off it, lol. If only he had seen these ideas first! The home office would have been an ideal transformation.

  2. While I was out-of-town a few months ago, my husband bought a new TV without measuring our entertainment center first. You guessed it - the TV is too long for the cabinet so I, too, now have an entertainment armoire that needs recycling. But the picture on the TV is great!
