What better way to start the week than with a few inspiring transformations?

The pantry is one of the hardest working rooms in a
house but is often overlooked when it comes to decor.

                                                            Before:                                                            After:

Who could have known that this humble thrift-store
side table had such grandeur in its future?

                                     Before:                                                                                        After:

Haven't we all see dated 1970s hexagon end-tables, like the
one below, languishing in thrift shops, waiting for adoption?

Such a fresh makeover for this multi-functional
piece - LOVE the hand-painted treatment on top.

This coffee table went from common to custom-made with a few brush strokes:

                                Before:                                                                                            After:

A faux French Provencial style tower chest went from Ordinary to Extraordinary:

                             Before:                                                                                                    After:

Shizzle Design

Subtle changes can make a tremendous difference:

                                                   Before:                                                                            After:

Me, Ed and Pea

Painting the door, replacing the flooring, removing the wallpaper, and
changing out the accessories created an entirely new bathroom.

A kitchen before it's much needed updating:

Amazing transformation, isn't it?!

How many changes can you spot in this darling attic bedroom?

                                               Before:                                                                                    After:

I found five:  the wallpaper; the chest; the bedding; the rug; the light fixtures.

Whether your project is large or small,
approach it with confidence and vision.
You can do it!

  1. That is quite a difference in the pantry, it has gone from a nothing room to something quite special. Interesting how decluttering the bathroom and closing the shower curtain makes such an impact.

    1. Don't you love the chandelier in the pantry? I would never have thought to dress it up that much - totally unexpected but cool.
