Try making a homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Here's a super easy recipe from With a Blast:

Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte
(1 serving)
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
sugar to taste
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup hot double-strong brewed coffee
whipped cream, sweetened or not
extra pumpkin spice to sprinkle

Directions:
1)  Heat together the milk, vanilla, sugar and pumpkin pie spice.  Remove from heat, blend until frothy with a handheld blender or in a large blender; fill a cup three-quarters full.
2)  Add the coffee and stir.  Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with the extra pumpkin pie spice.
